Even outside the agreed appointments, you can of course train in the hotel's own fitness studio and make use of our high-quality branded equipment there.

Julian Stock

The personal trainer studied fitness management and builds on his knowledge and skills with regular further education.

The repertoire of training methods he has created in this way offers his participants a balanced and extensive programme to strengthen and improve endurance, as well as making them feel better about their bodies.

Julian Stock also offers you the opportunity to learn modern techniques, such as the "functional training" method that has proved its worth in performance sport. Here it is not primarily a matter of applying and producing raw muscular strength, but rather of training the joints and tendons so as to increase the performance of your muscles in everyday life and minimise the risk of injury when playing sport. Muscle definition, weight loss and toning of the body is achieved almost incidentally.

Daniela Schöne

Born in Lüdenscheid in the Sauerland region, it was during her hotel management training that she began to view the well-being of the guest/patient/customer as a priority. She subsequently built on this property in her own yoga and health practice.

Daniela Schöne is a yoga therapist and teacher and offers you comprehensive support based on a holistic approach and medical knowledge drawn from Ayurveda and modern alternative medicine. In individual or group lessons, you can achieve spiritual and physical well-being and find balance.

Yoga therapy is for people with physical and spiritual problems, for example with stress (burnout). Yoga leads you to greater power, mobility, flexibility and concentration, while relaxing the vegetative nervous system. However, you can also learn and practice meditation, breathing therapy and autogenic training with Daniela Schöne. The pilates training will improve mobility, body shape, posture, coordination and precision.
