With yoga, guided tours of the Wadden Sea, functional training or nutrition advice, you will be offered a tailor-made programme that ensures you retain that vacation feeling even after you home return, because you will continue to derive benefit from your stay thanks to useful tips and tricks.

Together with our partners Daniela Schöne and Julian Stock, you will create a program where the exercises to fight stress, health or weight problems are precisely tailored to your needs. You will reach your goal in individual appointments or with several participants in small groups.

Your appointments will not only take place indoors, but also in the fresh air - directly on the beautiful Cuxhaven beach.

Even outside the agreed appointments, you can of course train in the hotel's own fitness studio and make use of our high-quality branded equipment there.

Julian Stock

The personal trainer studied fitness management and builds on his knowledge and skills with regular further education.

The repertoire of training methods he has created in this way offers his participants a balanced and extensive programme to strengthen and improve endurance, as well as making them feel better about their bodies.

Julian Stock also offers you the opportunity to learn modern techniques, such as the "functional training" method that has proved its worth in performance sport. Here it is not primarily a matter of applying and producing raw muscular strength, but rather of training the joints and tendons so as to increase the performance of your muscles in everyday life and minimise the risk of injury when playing sport. Muscle definition, weight loss and toning of the body is achieved almost incidentally.
