Our in-house patisserie all cakes and tarts are produced in house using natural ingredients. Here our pastry chefs and confectioners devote themselves to the "sweet sides of life" - with a great deal of creativity.

Of course, we also use only the very freshest products in our patisserie, and these all are all prepared by hand in-house by our specialists.

The Spa Hotel Sternhagen, located directly at the North Sea Coast, was built on a dune. In this dune, 3 metres below sea level, you can discover a fabulous wine cellar, not just for wine connoisseurs.

Walkable wine cellar on 3 levels

This wine cellar, 200sq m in size, is well looked after and maintained by our sommelier and restaurant manager Mr. Onno Siemons (pictured), is home to 540 varieties of grape, originating from 15 countries, in approximately 15000 bottles, some of which are truly valuable. All are stored at their proper temperature on the 3 levels in our wine cellar which can be viewed at most times.
